Holy wow, that’s like a lilac HEDGE!!!! Amazing. I have two, but they’re done blooming already. Definitely one of my top five spring plants. So dang pretty.

Gorgeous! Your yard must smell so good when the breeze catches that fragrance!
So Beautiful! My mother always loved lilacs when we were kids and we “hated” the smell of them. Probably just from smelling them all the time. Now that I am grown up and live states away, whenever I pass by a Lilac bush and catch a breeze of its smell I instantly am taken back to a child and a momma who loved them. I now love the smell. I bet you have a field of fragrance! Love! <3
I attended a private girls school in Kenosha, Wisconsin and for the senior ball we decorated the gym in lilacs, it was always a worry if the lilacs would bloom in time and they always did. How I miss those spring blooms, living in arizona has it benefits but lilacs isn’t one of them.

Thank-you for sharing your lilacs. I’ve lived where they don’t grow for so long I’d almost forgotten how beautiful they are and I swear I could almost smell them through the screen!
I can almost smell them right now! We had a hard freeze when everything was starting to flower this year, so we won’t have any lilacs, or fruit of any kind. I’m so bummed. Your photos are so pretty.
